Associate General Dentist

Encanto Dental Group is seeking a Associate General Dentist for our HIllrise Dental office. The ideal Associate Dentists will be passionate about delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care, ensuring optimal oral health & patient satisfaction. We want our Associates Dentist to promote a welcoming environment for patients and staff. As an Associate Dentist your expertise will contribute to patients feeling confident & cared for in a good healthy clinic environment.

Associate Dentist Duties

• Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, to develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose and plan treatments effectively
• Execute specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental fabrication, prosthodontics, and oral surgery when necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols
• Ensure infection control standards are upheld through aseptic techniques and proper sterilization procedures
• Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to promote long-term wellness

Pay: $300,000.00 - $600,000.00 per year
