Associate General Dentist

Our dental office is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. We offer clinical mentorship and coaching. Our office is digitally equipped with the latest technologies, including digital x-rays, CBCT, and digital scanners.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and restorative dental care.
• Perform molar root canal treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients.
• Deliver a positive patient experience that supports retention and continuity of care.
• Collaborate effectively with the practice owner and support team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold high standards of patient safety.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of clinical experience as a dentist.
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current malpractice insurance and required certifications.
• Strong restorative and general dentistry skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and treatment-planning abilities.
• A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to patient care.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
