Clinical Responsibilities

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, safety, and patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive oral examinations and diagnosis
• Developing accurate, comprehensive treatment plans
• Restorative dentistry
• Crown & Bridge
• Inlays and Onlays
• Root Canal Therapy (including molar endodontics)
• Surgical and routine extractions
• Prosthodontic procedures
• Pediatric dentistry (as appropriate)
• Implant restorations (implant placement experience is a plus)
• Emergency dental treatment
• Preventive dentistry and patient education

Additional responsibilities include:

• Maintaining accurate electronic records using Dentrix
• Following HIPAA guidelines and infection control protocols
• Collaborating with assistants and administrative staff
• Educating patients on treatment options and post-operative care
• Delivering an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion

Qualifications

We're looking for a clinician who combines excellent technical skills with exceptional patient communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York dental license
• 2–5 years of clinical experience practicing in the United States preferred
• Proficiency in comprehensive general dentistry
• Comfortable performing:

Molar root canals Surgical & Routine Extractions Crown & Bridge

Inlays and Onlays Prosthodontics

• Implant experience is a strong plus
• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment planning skills
• Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
• Positive online and professional reputation
• Passion for providing ethical, patient-centered care
