Butterfly Dental Care is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and growth-minded Associate Dentist to join our team.

We are a technology-focused dental office committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while creating an environment where dentists can continue to learn, grow, and strengthen their long-term clinical skills.

Our practice incorporates advanced technology such as implant AI navigation and laser dentistry into everyday general dentistry to help provide more precise treatment, elevated care, and a superior patient experience.

We are looking for a doctor with at least 3 years of clinical experience who is confident in general dentistry, enjoys working with patients of all ages, and is excited about using technology to improve both treatment outcomes and the patient journey.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to continue building their skills, stay current with modern dentistry, and be part of a practice that values learning, innovation, and high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Comfortable performing general dental procedures independently
• Able to treat patients of all ages
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Interested in learning, growing, and improving long-term clinical skills
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Saturday availability is required
