Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive clinical expertise, a strong commitment to patient care, and proficiency in utilizing advanced dental software. Duties

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, and prosthodontics with precision and professionalism.
• Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for accurate documentation, treatment planning, and medical record management.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop effective treatment plans aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards.
• Execute specialized procedures such as root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry as needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and comply with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
• Communicate clearly with patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care to foster trust and understanding.
• Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and enhance patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Valid license to practice dentistry with current credentials in good standing.
• Proven experience in general dentistry within a clinical setting; prior experience with dental office management systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, oral anatomy, and infection control standards.
• Demonstrated ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry procedures.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and medical documentation practices.
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $144,000.00 - $336,000.00 per year
