We're a growing private practice in Trinity, FL looking for a driven, growth-minded dentist who wants more than a paycheck — someone ready to build something long-term, with real ownership on the table. Trinity, FL is about 30 minutes from Tampa Downtown with lots of lifestyle amenities.

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of dental office experience post-grad or someone with a strong AEGD/GPR
• Comfortable with molar endo, surgical extractions, Invisalign and crown & bridge
• Strong at case presentation — you can communicate the real value of treatment to patients
• Someone who wants to be here for the long haul (this isn't a short-term gig — if you're looking to bounce in a year, we're not the right fit)
