Associate Dentist, Restorative and Implants (Partnership Track)

About XO Dentistry & Implant Center

We're building something different at XO. We call it the XO Revolution.

We want a culture where selfishness gives way to teamwork, individual agendas are replaced by shared purpose, and every patient is treated with genuine love and compassion. We do a lot of full arch and complex implant work, and our patients come to us at some of the most important moments of their lives. We take that seriously.

We're looking for an associate who wants to grow with us, not just fill a chair. Future partnership is available for the right person.

Schedule: 4 days a week, full time. Based in Gilbert, with travel to our Phoenix location as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Diagnose and treatment plan cases, from single teeth to full mouth rehabilitation
• Place single implants
• Learn full arch surgery alongside Dr. Abedi
• Work between our Gilbert and Phoenix offices as needed

What we're looking for

• DDS or DMD with an active Arizona license (or eligible)
• At least 2 years of clinical experience
• Excellent restorative skills and strong treatment planning
• Graduated in the top 5% of your dental school class
• Solid understanding of full arch rehabilitation
• Implant CE completed, placing single implants now
• Real motivation to learn full arch surgery
• Charismatic, energetic, and compassionate with patients and team

Why XO

• Mentorship in full arch and advanced implant surgery
• High-volume implant practice with an in-house lab and IV sedation
• 4-day work week
• A clear path to partnership
• A team that actually has your back

If this sounds like you, apply and tell us why. We'd love to meet you.
