Randolph Family Dental is looking for a motivated, compassionate Associate Dentist to join our established private dental practice in Schertz, Texas.

We are seeking a dentist who wants more than simply moving from patient to patient. Our goal is to provide an environment where an associate can develop clinically, build a loyal patient base, and eventually take on a larger role within the practice.

We are looking for a dentist who is:

• Comfortable practicing comprehensive general dentistry
• Confident with diagnosis and treatment planning
• Interested in growing clinically
• Comfortable working collaboratively with an experienced dental team
• Professional, dependable, and ethical
• Interested in building long-term relationships with patients
• Open to learning advanced procedures and digital dentistry

Experience with implants, surgery, endodontics, Invisalign/clear aligners, or cosmetic dentistry is a plus, but not required.

A newer dentist with a strong desire to learn and grow is also encouraged to apply.

Mentorship & Growth

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants access to an experienced practice owner and advanced clinical technology.

Mentorship may be available in areas including:

• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Implant dentistry
• Digital implant workflows
• Surgical dentistry
• Restorative dentistry
• Digital scanning and CAD/CAM dentistry
• Practice management and case presentation

The right associate will have an opportunity to gradually expand the types of procedures they perform as their skills and confidence develop.

Schedule

We are open to discussing:

• Full-time
• Part-time transitioning to full-time

We are particularly interested in finding a dentist who would like to develop a long-term relationship with the practice.

Compensation

Competitive associate dentist compensation based on experience and production.

Compensation structure and additional incentives will be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Current or eligible Texas dental license
• Current professional liability coverage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
