Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and emergency dental care.
• Utilize OpenDental software for patient management and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with Dental Assistants in providing four-handed dentistry.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Strong understanding of general dentistry principles and practices.
• Experience with OpenDental software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
