Associate General Dentist – Mondays & Saturdays

Serenity Grove Dental is seeking an experienced, personable General Dentist to join our growing private practice.

The position is currently for Mondays and Saturdays, with opportunities for additional days for doctor vacation coverage and the potential for a larger schedule as the practice continues to expand in 2027.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a confident general dentist who is:

• Experienced in comprehensive general dentistry
• Ideally has 5–7 years of U.S. clinical experience
• Personable, energetic, and able to build rapport quickly
• A strong communicator with excellent treatment-presentation and case-acceptance skills
• Collaborative and genuinely team-oriented
• Interested in growing with a successful private practice

Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.

Experience with endodontic treatment and clear aligner therapy is preferred.

We would also value a dentist who brings a clinical strength that complements our existing team, such as cosmetic dentistry, advanced restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, or another area of comprehensive general dentistry.

Our Clinical Team

Our provider team includes:

• Owner and lead dentist with a strong orthodontic focus
• General dentist with strengths in endodontics and complex extractions
• Periodontist providing periodontal and implant treatment

Our goal is to build a well-rounded clinical team where doctors can collaborate, refer internally when appropriate, and focus on the areas of dentistry they do best.

Compensation

Competitive daily guarantee and/or percentage-based compensation based on experience, clinical capabilities, and overall fit.
