• Dentist-Led. Privately Held. — MINT is dentist-owned and operated, with no private equity influence and no non-dentist ownership. Our doctors enjoy broad clinical scope and the professional autonomy they deserve.
• A Modern Place to Practice — Digital dentistry, a dedicated dental lab, advanced materials, technology, tools, and equipment—all within the chic, boutique environments MINT is known for.
• A Team of Doctors — Practice in a collaborative environment built around teamwork, mentorship, development, and support from colleagues you'll be proud to work alongside.
• MINT University — Continue developing your skills through in-house CE led by experienced MINT dentists and specialists, with training in areas including implants, cosmetics, Invisalign, and more. Our own Dental Assistant School also helps provide our offices with MINT-trained RDAs.
