The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated, patient-focused dentist who wants to become a strong and productive clinician while working within a well-supported, team-oriented practice.

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a diverse patient population
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Perform restorative, preventive, and general dental procedures
• Educate patients on their oral health and treatment options
• Build long-term relationships with your patients
• Work closely with assistants, hygienists, and the administrative team
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining an efficient schedule
• Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and hands-on experience

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school – Required
• Active New Jersey dental license – Required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to diagnose and present treatment confidently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience with Dentrix is a plus
• Experience with Dental Intelligence is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
