Associate Dentist

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Maintain detailed medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards
• Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures
• Use dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with team members to provide four-handed dentistry, enhancing efficiency and patient comfort

Requirements

• Valid dental license in good standing; experience as an Associate Dentist preferred
• Min 1 to 2 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures
• Familiarity with dental terminology and dental documentation standards
• Experience working in a dental clinic or office environment with a focus on patient care excellence
• Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and dental imaging procedures
• Ability to communicate complex dental concepts clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality

Pay

• Base Compensation: $800 to $1000/day and, later 30% on production.

Work Schedule

• Wed and Thu (2 days/week, and later we can increase that with time)
