Seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist to join a well-established, patient-centered, technology driven, general practice on the Texas coast. The Opportunity

• Join an established general dentistry practice with a strong, loyal patient base already in place
• Fully digital practice equipped with digital X-ray, intraoral scanning, CBCT, and CEREC same-day crowns — plus a broad scope of procedures including implants, clear aligners, and root canals, giving you room to use and grow your full skill set
• Mentorship from an experienced, highly respected owner dentist who is invested in your clinical growth

• Flexible schedule (typically 3–4 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including diagnostics, restorative care, and preventive treatment
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care consistent with the practice's clinical standards
• Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to continuity of care
• Collaborate closely with the practice owner and clinical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all state and practice protocols

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active, unrestricted Texas dental license (TSBDE) in good standing
• Nitrous oxide certification preferred
• General dentistry experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, patient-first chair side manner
• Comfortable working within an organized, structured practice environment

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation package with guaranteed income during ramp-up, transitioning to a production-based structure. Details discussed during the interview process.
