Associate Dentist

Job Summary

$10,000, sign-on bonus, for our new Associate Dentist! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and advancing their career towards partnership. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative dental environment, utilizing state-of-the-art technology including Dentrix dental software, Cerec CAD/CAM, 3D Imaging and comprehensive treatment planning. As an integral part of our long-term team, you will provide high-quality general dentistry services, while fostering strong patient relationships. The position is designed to support your growth into a partnership role, offering mentorship, professional development, and leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
• Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and educate patients on oral health.
• Maintain accurate, digital patient clinical records.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligible to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate chairside manner.
• Dedication to continuous clinical improvement and professional growth.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
