Assistant Dental Manager

The Dental Assistant Manager is responsible for leading, training, and supporting the dental assisting team while ensuring efficient clinical operations, excellent patient care, and smooth daily workflow. This role blends hands-on assisting with leadership and management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise, schedule, and manage dental assistants
• Train new assistants and provide ongoing coaching
• Enforce office policies, protocols, and clinical standards
• Conduct performance check-ins and support team development
• Maintain positive team culture and accountability

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
