What is DentistryHires?

DentistryHires is a job board for dental work and nothing else.

Every job, pay guide and licensing explainer on the site is about dentistry.

It has job pages for 15 roles: dentists and associate dentists, six specialties (orthodontist, oral surgeon, endodontist, pediatric dentist, periodontist and prosthodontist), hygienists, dental assistants, the front-office team (office managers, treatment coordinators, front desk and billing coordinators) and dental lab technicians.

Read more on the About page.

For job seekers it is free: searching and applying cost nothing, and no account is needed.

Practices pay to post; there is no free posting tier.

What does it cost to post a dental job on DentistryHires?

Prices are published on the pricing page.

These are launch prices, available for a limited time.

  • Standard: $199 per listing (regular price $299). A 30-day listing, indexed in Google Jobs and shown on the matching role and city pages.
  • Featured: $399 per listing (regular price $499). Everything in Standard, plus the company logo, a highlighted listing card, top-of-feed placement and a Featured badge.

A single listing is a one-time payment.

There is no renewal, no recurring charge and nothing to sign.

How does posting a job work?

Choose a tier, enter the job details and the web address where you collect applications, and pay through Stripe.

The job is published as soon as checkout finishes; no one reviews it first.

Candidates who click Apply go to the practice's own application, and DentistryHires never receives or processes applications.

A listing runs for 30 days from purchase.

To edit a live job or take it down early, email support with the job title and the address you paid with.

Post a job.

What are the group plans for DSOs and multi-office practices?

Dental groups that are always hiring can subscribe instead of paying per post.

A slot holds one job; when a role is filled, the slot can be switched to the next opening at no added cost, and jobs in a slot do not expire while the plan is active.

  • Growth: $899 a month for 10 jobs posted at all times, with the practice logo on each job.
  • Brand: $1,749 a month for 25 jobs posted at all times, every job Featured, and priority help from a dedicated contact.

Group plans are arranged by contacting DentistryHires rather than through self-serve checkout.

They are billed monthly, have no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time; jobs stay posted through the end of the paid month.

Founding Partner rates are guaranteed for 24 months while the plan stays active and are reserved for the first 10 group-plan customers.

Where do the job listings come from?

From two places: openings collected from dental employers' career sites and public job feeds, kept up to date, and jobs that practices post directly and pay for.

A collected job sends the candidate to the employer's original posting to apply.

The one paid placement is Featured: a Featured listing (or every job on a Brand plan) sits near the top of the feed with a Featured badge.

Apart from that, paying does not move a job higher in search results.

Who runs DentistryHires?

DentistryHires is run by its founder, Gabriel Meierotto.

He is not a dentist, a hygienist or a physician, and he has never treated a patient.

He spent six years at LaserAway, an aesthetic dermatology chain, finishing as Director of Conversion Rate Optimization at the end of 2023; his work there was the business and hiring side.

On DentistryHires, licensing and legal points are confirmed in a primary source such as the state dental board or the statute itself, and every salary figure cites its source.

What does DentistryHires not do?

  • It is not an employer, a staffing agency or a recruiting agency. It does not screen, interview or vouch for candidates or employers, and it does not guarantee that a listing will result in a hire.
  • It does not offer a free posting tier for employers.
  • It does not receive or process job applications; candidates apply on the practice's own application.
  • It does not give dental, medical or legal advice. Licensing and scope-of-practice questions go to the state dental board or a qualified advisor.
  • It does not label a page medically reviewed unless a named, licensed clinician actually reviewed it.
